1. To develop strong working relationships with both internal departments and external customers.
2. To act as a first point of contact whenever possible for customers with any queries or problems and ensure that customers receive a full and efficient sales service.
3. To assist the Manager or Corporate Management in preparation of sales management reports and presentations.
4. To support the sales team in maximizing revenue through sales productivity improvement.
5. To provide sales support to the sales team including sales order processing, data entry & liaising inter-departments, vendors and customers.
6. To assist the sales team to prepare proposals & documents for customer enquiries.
7. To maintain the status of customer enquiries in the CRM/BPA databa
8. Assist in management support such as preparing report/documents for Management, writing minutes of meeting.
9. To assist the sales team in any other areas of the business as required.
10. To constantly monitor and remind sales person of imminent Tender/Bid closure datelines.
11. Other duties assigned by Management.

10. 不斷監控和提醒銷售人員即將到來的投標/投標截止日期。
11. 管理層交辦的其他職責。
市場營銷或工商管理本科
. 至少1年以上相關工作經驗
? 技術背景/知識者優先
? 能夠獨立工作,有責任心和上進心
? 良好的溝通技巧(英語)
? 能夠與客戶建立積極的業務關系并處理查詢。
? 能夠獨立進行簡單的商務函電。
